- H1 includes the service AND the city, exactly once
- Meta description leads with price range or honest differentiator, not adjectives
- FAQ block of 6+ questions per service page (drives People Also Ask appearances)
- Internal links from every service page back to your city hub page
- Image alt text describes the procedure honestly — not just "med spa photo 1"
Schema, citations & reviews (12 checks)
